010612: A Day in LA After waking up at the Best Western, my mom wanted to check out LA Fashion District, so I said sure and drove us all there. We stayed for a few hours and I got a sweet deal on this awesome bag - $25 and a pair of earrings and a cute owl necklace for $1 a piece! Awesome! We wanted to beat LA traffic, so we left around 2 (not really beating traffic, but at least we were going 25mph which is better than not moving at all). We stopped by the Irvine Spectrum to eat at their food court. We also stopped by Mira Mesa to gas our car - and I guess drop Luke off too for Kimi to pick him up. Instead of taking the 805 all the way down, I decided to take the 15 since it was less packed. We got home around 6:30, then my parents took my grandma to the ER.
